We have added several new beverages to our menu at Beans and Butter, one of them being Nitro Brew. If you have never tasted a Nitro Brew before, come in and visit us and try one for yourself. If you are already a Nitro Brew lover, give our Nitro a taste. We think you will be happy that you did.
What Does Nitro Brew Taste Like?
For the uninitiated, Nitro Brew is our cold brew that is infused with nitrogen through a tap. If you are a beer drinker and familiar with Guinness, it looks very similar when it is poured. Why nitrogen and not carbonation like most other fizzy cold drinks? Coffee does not absorb carbonation well, so enter nitrogen. Nitro poured out of the tap is a sight to behold. The coffee cascades into the glass and forms layers of different colors and shades of the coffee and foam. The taste is smooth and creamy. Sugar and cream are not needed, but we will be happy to add those to your Nitro if you would like. We suggest you trying it straight black first. You may find that this is how you prefer the coffee. It is not served over ice, but it is refreshingly cold.
